Wrongful Termination, Harassment, and Retaliation Claims

Age, Race, Sex, Disability, National Origin,  FMLA, & Religious Discrimination

We  represent employees against their employers for discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims based on age, race, sex, disability, use of medical leave, national origin, religion, whistle-blowing, wage claims, worker's compensation retaliation, and other issues.

Harassment & Hostile Work Environment

Among other cases, we also bring lawsuits on behalf of women, minorities, and older employees for gender, race, or age discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.  If you are being discriminated against or not receiving equal wages because of your sex or race, we can help.

Unemployment Compensation Appeals

We represent clients in federal and state courts, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Office of Civil Rights Enforcement with the Oklahoma Attorney's General's Office, and during unemployment appeals with the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission.

We also represent employees who are retaliated against for exposing an employer's unlawful conduct,  who are wrongfully discharged in violation of Oklahoma public policy, or who have information about government fraud, waste, or abuse.

Worker's Compensation Retaliation

We file retaliation claims for workers who are discharged because they filed a worker's compensation claim or received medical treatment after they were hurt on the job.

Constitutional Rights Violations

We are experienced constitutional rights advocates and litigate Section 1983 claims involving violations of our client's constitutional rights, including the freedom of speech, freedom of association, right to due process of law,  and other claims.

We also represent employers defending these claims, so contact us if we can help you or your business.
